Known nationwide as a leading Lemon Law attorney, Ronald L. Burdge and his team of legal professionals have represented thousands of consumers in "lemon" lawsuits and actively co-counsels and coaches other Consumer Law attorneys. We handle cases in all Ohio state and federal courts, all Kentucky state courts, and all Indiana federal courts. Our goal is always to give you the best result and the most economical Lemon Law help possible.
We are experienced lemon law lawyers, and we have attorneys and staff who devote themselves to dealing with specific issues related to lemon cars, lemon trucks, lemon RVs, lemon boats - even lemon airplanes! We primarily represent clients who live in Ohio and Kentucky, but give our assistance nationwide in consulting with and referring to other Lemon Law attorneys. We are admitted to practice law in all Ohio state and federal courts, all Kentucky state courts, and all Indiana federal courts too. View the Attorney Profiles of the Burdge Law Office.
Our law practice group is led by our founder Ron Burdge. With over 30 years experience in handling thousands of Lemon Law and Car Sales Fraud cases, Mr. Burdge is a frequent speaker at national seminars and conferences on Lemon Laws and numerous Consumer Protection Law issues. Under his guidance and direction, our law practice stays current on all issues in this ever-changing field. We use the latest legal research tools, computer programs, and electronic equipment to monitor the constant changes in Consumer Protection and Lemon Laws.
But our firm is more than just tools and research; it is also our dedicated people and our commitment to our clients and our unique approach to the area of Lemon Law and Consumer Law. We fight for your rights because if you have a lemon vehicle, the law says that you are entitled to either your money back or a new replacement vehicle and you deserve it. Also, the Lemon Law says that the manufacturer may be required to pay your attorney fees. That is only fair - after all, they built your lemon in the first place.
Our dedication to this area of the law comes from a desire to use our legal skills, experience, and passion in a way that best helps our clients get Justice. Mistreatment by an automobile dealership or manufacturer can be emotionally charged and financially devastating, particularly when they involve an investment of $25,000 to $100,000 and more. We find that taking a professional but strong and aggressive stance in your case can get you the best result possible as quickly as possible. We always take the time to explain the legal process to our clients and we listen to your concerns too.
The Lemon Law in Ohio and Kentucky and elsewhere, and the legal system itself, can be confusing, overwhelming, and impersonal. We can take the mystery out of the process and help you reach your goal - for yourself and your family. We pride ourselves on being a law firm that gets results. To achieve these results, we provide skilled, goal-oriented, and personal guidance. Simply put, we assist our clients in bringing closure to an expensive and frustrating problem, with the assurance that they have received the highest quality legal representation.
