There are two Lemon Tests under
the Federal Lemon Law, but meeting either one is all that
is required.
- Did the manufacturer or its dealer
fail to repair all the defects within a reasonable number
of attempts?
- Did the manufacturer or its dealer
fail to repair all the defects within a reasonable amount
of time?
If
you answered "yes" to either question, then you've
probably got a Lemon!
In addition, many states have
a limit on the total number of repairs or a time limit
on how many days out of service are allowed. Find out about

Lemon Law.
But be careful ... time is
running out.
In some states you must take
action within as little as ONE or TWO YEARS of
when you got the device or it may be too late!
