Law Buyback Title "Branding"
Within
30 days of buying back the vehicle the Manufacturer
is required to have new Certificate of Title issued
which bears the following
"brand". This Lemon Law Buyback Brand is
then forever on the title records for the vehicle.
No one is allowed to ever remove it.
BUYBACK: THIS VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE
MANUFACTURER BECAUSE IT MAY NOT HAVE CONFORMED
TO ITS WARRANTY.
