Chevrolet Lemon

Think You've Got a Chevrolet Lemon?

Chevrolet wants people to believe its quality has gone up dramatically for the new model year, but Chevrolet has sent its dealers almost 500 repair bulletins (called “Technical Service Bulletins"), telling Chevrolet dealers how to try to fix problems in the 2013 Chevrolet model line. Things are not better for Chevrolet. They are just about the same as always.

2013 Chevy's that have been the subject of technical service bulletins and recalls and defect investigations and owner complaints include the Chevrolet Avalanche, Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet Corvette, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Express, Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Malibu, Chevrolet Malicu ECO, Chevrolet Orlando, Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Silverado 3500, Chevrolet Sonic, Chevrolet Spark, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Traverse, Chevrolet Trax, and Chevrolet Volt. That is a lot of potential lemon Chevy cars and Chevy trucks!

On average, one or two repair bulletins are issued every single day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. And these numbers don’t include Safety Recalls or any ongoing federal investigations for safety defects or owner complaints that are filed with the federal safety recall agency in charge of Chevrolet vehicle recalls. It’s no wonder that a lot of people think they’ve got a lemon Chevrolet in their driveway.

Lemon laws for defective Chevrolet cars and trucks have been specially created to help people who struggle with their defective Chevy vehicles. Ohio has one of the best lemon laws in the country but trying to resolve the problem on your own can be frustrating and time consuming. Chevrolet knows how to make you think you can not win, even though you can. And they may tell you that an attorney won't help you get more money, but that's wrong. They may even tell you that you are not entitled to get back all of your money, even though you are. If you don't know your rights, you run the risk of not getting everything you are entitled to under the law. And why should you have to pay for the lemon that Chevrolet built? That's not fair to you or your family.

Think you have a lemon? We can make the Chevrolet lemon law work for you. If you think you have a lemon Chevrolet car or a lemon Chevrolet truck, we can solve your problem! Getting rid of lemons is what we do.
