Ford Mustangs Recalled: Runaway
Acceleration
Got
a lemon Ford Mustang? Don’t let it get away from you!
Would you like a new one or your money back?
After a couple of crashes and over a hundred owner complaints,
Ford has announced a recall of almost 20,000 Mustang Cobra
cars because the accelerator pedal can get stuck in the floor
carpeting, causing uncontrollable acceleration. Federal safety
officials opened an investigation of the Ford Cobra “cars
gone wild” problem in July 2005.
