Buick & Cadillac Recall:
Power Steering Danger
Got
a lemon Buick? Got a lemon Cadillac? Would you like a new one
or your money back?
GM has announced a recall of almost 13,000 Buick Lucerne
and Cadillac DTS sedans because of faulty power steering
hoses. Federal safety officals reported that on some of the
2006 model year vehicles equipped with V8 engines, the hose
connectors were not “crimped” right and they
could leak fluid.
If you own one of these potential lemon GMvehicles, you
may be entitled to money damages or a new car. Call us at 1-888-331-6422 or email us

The result of a leaking steering fluid hose? Loss of the
power steering system is the obvious answer, but if the fluid
leaks onto a hot engine surface the vehicle could catch fire.
GM reported that some vehicles had experienced “underhood
thermal events” (now that’s a clever way to say
that something caught fire under the hood of the car).
Do you (or did you) own any of these potential 2006 lemon
Buick Lucerne or 2006 lemon Cadillac DTC sedans? The affected
vehicles were manufactured from December 2005 to February
2006.
