RESALE NOTICE FORM
As
of September 15, 1999, the Ohio Lemon Law requires
that a written notice must be given to the consumer
which is in substantially the same language as this,
printed on a separate piece of paper, in all capital
letters and in at least 10 point type size:

THIS VEHICLE PREVIOUSLY WAS SOLD AS NEW. IT WAS
RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS AGENT IN
EXCHANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE OR REFUND
AS A RESULT OF THE FOLLOWING DEFECT(S) OR CONDITION(S):
